Dispatch: orders placed before 12pm (Mon–Fri) ship the same day; otherwise the next business day.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch: France 1–2 days · EU 1–4 days · Non-EU 3–8 days (depending on carrier and season).

Taxes: prices are tax-included (VAT included where applicable). For certain non-EU countries, import duties & taxes are calculated and added at checkout — nothing to pay on delivery.
